Today, 15 October 2011, is the 4th year death anniversary of my beloved cat Simba. How I miss that cutie.
Click on the picture to read my tribute to her written in 2008.
Yes, she has one black paw and one white paw. Even the paw pads too, one side is black and the other side soft pink.
I will be away to Hong Kong from Sunday early morning (16th Oct) till Thursday evening(20th Oct).
Pardon the lack of visits and replies in the meantime.
I may or may not be doing scheduled posts. It depends on how much work I can complete within these few hours and how quickly I could pack my luggage. Some photos are already done but it takes some time to craft the posts out.
simba looks sooo cute. she must have been such a sweet pet.
ReplyDeletei hope you enjoy your trip to HK jo! :D stay safe!
Simba looks so cute, and what a lovely name you gave your cat <3 So unfortunate he died, but amazing you are still caring for him ^^ Hopefully Simba is in a good place and is happy ..
ReplyDelete- Have a nice trip!
Simba's so adorable, Jo. And she's really unique, with her black and white paw... I can see how you've come to be so attached to her, I feel the same way with my Orin.
ReplyDeleteHave fun on your trip to Hong Kong. I really enjoy going on holidays there, it's such a fun place to shop and do sightseeing.
Cheers,

I'm sorry about the fact the cutie isn't here anymore... But I believe they're now friends upthre on the Rainbow, all kitties who have become angels... I believe they are watching us.

Hey Jo, I feel your pain girl. I had two dogs and they died within a couple months of one another in 2005. I still think about them today. Pets become a part of your family. This post is a wonderful remembrance of Simba. So cute! :D Have a safe and wonderful trip to Hong Kong. ((HUG))

Aww Simba looks so cute...that's really sad that she's no longer with you. I think it's really sweet how you still remember her even after all these years though. My first (and only) pet, a hamster, had to be put to sleep a few years ago because it developed cancer and I still get a bit sad just thinking about it. Getting over the death of a pet, no matter how small, is always hard to do.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, hope you enjoy your trip to HK! I'm quite envious that you're going. I haven't been back since 2000, but I miss the food, sights, and shopping so much! Take lots of pics for us to see and I hope you have a safe trip Jo!
Dear all,
ReplyDeleteThanx for leaving me many sweet notes to read. I won't be able to reply all of you individually and I think it would be some time before I catch up with all of your posts.
