PS - I almost forgot, according to the story, I punched my brother through the pane of glass. The door was locked, his face was right there, so "bam". LOL!
I don't think those things I blogged about showed courage--because I didn't feel afraid (I guess because I was mad). There was one time as a teenager I felt very afraid. But I manged to do the right thing--and 2 adults beat me up as a result. But I kept them from doing something worse, so it was worth it.
A blogsale is such a great idea to give unwanted items a new home :) I should probably hold one soon because I def have a lot of unnecessary things in my closet and makeup drawer. The first skirt is really cute! I love the ruffled layers. Best of luck with the sale! ^^
I still don’t get it. When you said “through the glass”, does it mean your fist went through and broke the glass or you meant your fist and your bro’s face were still on either side of the glass with the glass pane intact. Anyway whether or not you sensed fear, I would still say you’re courageous and that you believe in what’s right.

Rinny,
Yup. I love to see things that don’t fit me go to new owners. My ex colleagues and I arranged for a clothes exchange day on 2 occasions when I was already out of the company. It was so fun how we promoted our own clothes and said “This is so you, please take it.” I came with a huge plastic bag and went home with half the bag filled. It’s great to see your friends wearing your clothes and looking so good. I hate seeing things go to waste so you could imagine how happy I was.
Maybe you could hold one too. There are so many fashion and beauty bloggers in the States. My luck here is tough coz many of my readers are international.
Everything here is gorgeous! WOW...the print on the last photo is beautiful! Jolene, I am so sorry to only now return your comment as well as follow your lovely blog! I got rid of disqus today because it was eating my comments and yours got trapped in there so now I am seeing all these comments stored in disqus! Thank you for your suppport, disqus is gone, I'm now following on google friend connect so I'll be by to comment regularly!
It's good to see you here. =) Thanks for your lovely comment and for following me too.
Ah, disqus has caused quite a lot of problems. I wanted to have a comment setting where I could reply under the person's comment and seems like only disqus could do that. However, I read about all the disadvantages of it and decided not to proceed.
I would love to see you around and hey, you definitely would see me around your blog too. =D
I love reading sincere comments and hearing your voice. While blatant self promotion of blogs and follow for follow requests are not advisable, I would love if you leave a mark here with a trackback link so that I could connect with you. I reply to comments here or on your blog so don't forget to check back on replies! =)
Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteAbout me, I just do what I am programed to do. =)

@Jo: Yeah a clothing swap is a really good idea, especially if you can find people who are similar in size as you :D
